As Next Plastik Kauçuk Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (Next Plastik), in our capacity as the Data Controller, we would like to inform you, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (Law), which has been prepared to protect fundamental rights and freedoms, particularly the right to privacy, and to regulate the obligations of natural and legal persons who process personal data. The purpose of this information text is to provide you with the most accurate information regarding the purposes of processing your personal data, legal grounds, and your rights. Next Plastik takes the highest level of security measures possible to ensure the collection, storage, sharing, and confidentiality of your personal data in compliance with the Law.
In accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, this disclosure text has been prepared by our company in its capacity as the Data Controller. Pursuant to Article 10 of the Law, this disclosure text informs individuals, including customers who receive products or services, potential customers, suppliers, business partners, company shareholders, company employees, job candidates, authorized public institutions and organizations, as well as representatives and employees of private legal entities.
1. DATA CONTROLLER
Your personal data is processed by Next Plastik Kauçuk Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (Company) as the Data Controller, as defined in Article 3 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

- • Carrying out the manufacturing, marketing, and export of plastic and rubber products, fulfilling business processes such as procurement, sales, and delivery,
- • Providing products or services to customers, ensuring the continuation of commercial business processes, maintaining customer satisfaction, handling customer requests and complaints, conducting purchasing, sales, production, payment, collection, and invoicing transactions, and fulfilling related legal obligations,
- • Managing financial, accounting, administrative, legal, and technical processes concerning customers, suppliers, and business/solution partners, enhancing service quality, ensuring communication, conducting audits, controls, and risk management activities, and ensuring occupational health and safety,
- • Fulfilling legal obligations, such as making necessary notifications to courts, enforcement offices, consumer arbitration committees, mediators, judicial authorities, and relevant public institutions and organizations,
- • Managing human resources processes for employees and job candidates, fulfilling legal obligations, handling job application processes, maintaining personnel files, managing financial, accounting, administrative, and social rights obligations, facilitating recruitment and determining company salary policies,
- • Conducting company management activities, fulfilling legal obligations, ensuring corporate promotions, and informing relevant parties regarding shareholders/stakeholders,
- • Ensuring the execution and fulfillment of agreements made or to be made between the company and customers, potential customers, suppliers, service providers, employees, consultants, business partners, relevant third parties, and public institutions and organizations,
- • Providing evidence in legal disputes involving third parties,

- • Financial Information (For customers, suppliers, and business partners: invoices, tax identification number, tax office, bank account number, IBAN number, credit card details, checks, promissory notes, payments, insurance policies, contract details, asset details, bank account details, current account details, financial data reported to public institutions; for employees, interns, job candidates, and company shareholders: bank account details, IBAN number, declarations, and other financial information)
- • Professional Experience Information (For employees, shareholders, representatives, business partners, supplier officials and employees providing services, and representatives/personnel of public institutions and organizations: job title, position, profession, registry details, expertise, education, diploma, certificate, driver’s license, qualification details)
- • Visual Records (For employees and company representatives: completed printed forms, diplomas, certificates, passports, visas, work permits, shared documents, official documents containing photos, and, when necessary, captured photographic records)
- • Health Information (For employees: health status details obtained within the scope of company operations, health reports, general health report assessments, blood group information, laboratory tests, personal health and disability status details, and health board reports)
- • Criminal Convictions and Security Measures (For employees: criminal record, conviction, and judicial status details)
- • Philosophical Beliefs, Religion, Sect, and Other Beliefs (For employees: religion details stated on identification documents collected for personnel file creation)
- • Corporate Communication Services (Personal data obtained via email, letter, or other communication channels)
4. RECIPIENTS AND PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA TRANSFER
Within the scope of this disclosure text, your personal data may be transferred within the limits set forth in Article 2 and in accordance with the conditions for processing personal data specified in Article 8 of the Law No. 6698. 5. METHODS AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

As a rule, personal data is processed based on the explicit consent of the data subject. However, in cases where explicit consent is not required under Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698, personal data may be processed without explicit consent under the following legal grounds: If necessary for the execution or performance of a contract between the company and third parties, If necessary for the company to fulfil its legal obligations, If the personal data has been made public by the data subject, If necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a legal right, If processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, If explicitly required by law, For employees' health data, if necessary for the protection of public health, preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment, and care services, and processed by health professionals or authorized institutions under a duty of confidentiality.
